Authorities Search for Hall County Man Wanted in Multiple…

A Hall County man wanted by the Hall County Sheriff’s Office on more than 100 child exploitation charges remains at large.

Blake Lawrence Edwards, 32, is wanted on 108 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. Two of the charges were for posting two videos of child sexual abuse material on a peer-to-peer file-sharing platform, while 106 counts were for possessing videos of CSAM on two external hard drives at his Walnut Grove Way home in the northern part of the county.

Investigators began looking into Edwards’ online activity in March when he allegedly shared the two CSAM videos. Investigators executed search warrants at his home on May 14, where they reportedly seized several electronics, including the two hard drives on which the videos were discovered. Edwards was not home when the warrants were executed.

HCSO detectives continue to search for Edwards, as additional charges may be pending following further forensic processing of his equipment.

Edwards was described as a white male with blue eyes. He is 5’7” tall. He is also known to have ties to Jacksonville, Florida.
