According to a news release, Campaner’s arrest followed an investigation that stemmed from a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). Authorities said they executed a search warrant at his Albany home on Tuesday but did not provide information about what they found.

Campaner was reportedly arrested and charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child and possessing a sexual performance by a child – both felonies. He was arraigned in Albany City Court and remanded to the Albany County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail.
