New Kamala Harris ad claims she’ll be ‘tough’ on illegal immigration

A new campaign ad from Vice President Kamala Harris suggests that if elected, the vice president would take a tougher approach to illegal immigration at the southern border.

Interestingly, the ad comes after the vice president oversaw the largest number of illegal immigrants ever, which many attribute to the Biden administration’s policies.

Harris was given the role of “border czar” in the Biden administration, but did little to alleviate the problem and never visited the border.

As the vice president tries to win the presidency, she tries to convince voters that she will fight illegal immigration.

Harris’ new ad was met with fierce criticism. One person asked, “How stupid do they think we are?”

The commercial was posted on YouTube earlier this week and is 30 seconds long.

“Kamala Harris has been fighting violent crime for decades,” the narrator in the ad says.

“As a prosecutor in a border state, she took on drug cartels and jailed gang members for smuggling guns and drugs across the border,” the narrator adds.

“As vice president, she sponsored the toughest border enforcement law in decades, and as president, she will hire thousands more border agents and crack down on fentanyl and human trafficking,” the ad continued. “Fixing the border is hard. So is Kamala Harris.”

Despite the promises made in the ad, many do not believe Harris will do anything to stop illegal immigration.

Former White House spokesman Sean Spicer criticized the vice president on X.

“This is the new Harris ad. Makes you wonder how stupid they think voters are to believe she was ‘tough on the border,’” Spicer wrote.

One user responded to Spicer’s post, calling Harris’ voters “stupid” for believing the “transgender” ideology and lies of the mainstream media.

“How stupid are her voters?” the user asked. “They don’t know which toilet to use, they think men can get pregnant, and they think women have pee. They will believe the mainstream media instead of what they have seen time and time again with their own eyes. They think the government knows best and they want restrictions on freedom of speech,” the user added.

“They are also willing to be disarmed for the ‘greater good,'” the user continued. “Democratic politicians know this and they will continue to play on this because it works.”

Like Spicer, GOP political consultant Ryan Girdusky also criticized Harris, pointing out that the Biden administration has released hundreds of illegal immigrants who were on the terror watch list.

“How stupid do they think we are. If Harris wanted to do this, she should have done it three and a half years ago. She could have done it now, because she’s still the border czar. I don’t believe she’s ever been removed from that post,” Gurdusky said.

At a rally in Arizona on Saturday, Harris falsely claimed that Trump opposed the “toughest” border security law.

According to Liberacrat Media, the legislation Harris referenced primarily concerned Ukraine’s financing during the country’s war with Russia.
