Security Minister Dr. Horace Chang commends MOCA for its work in the fight against cybercrime and corruption as the agency celebrates its 10th anniversary

Minister of National Security Dr Horace Chang has praised the Major Organized Crime and Anti-Corruption Agency (MOCA) for its work on the occasion of its 10th anniversary.

Speaking at MOCA’s anniversary service this morning, Dr. Chang said MOCA is at the forefront of the fight against transnational crime, cyber threats and corruption.

He said the agency’s work remains essential as cybercrime and transnational crime pose a threat to economic growth and development.

Dr. Chang said that MOCA has made and continues to make an invaluable contribution to law enforcement since its inception.
