Xbox Game Pass Adds Mafia: Definitive Edition Today

The first wave of upcoming Game Pass games for August 2024 is going to be a bang. Xbox Game Pass Adds Mafia: Definitive Edition TodaySubscribers will get a new story-driven action-adventure game that follows the rise of taxi driver and gangster Tommy Angelo.

Mafia: Definitive Edition (Console, PC, Cloud)

Mafia: Definitive Edition is a remake of Mafia, which released on the original Xbox 20 years ago in 2004. Rebuilt from the ground up by developer Hangar 13, Mafia: Definitive Edition follows a Prohibition-era taxi driver named Tommy Angelo who quickly finds himself entangled in the dark world of organized crime where the “rewards are too great to ignore.” In addition to all of the visual improvements found in this version, Hangar 13 has added new storylines, cutscenes, and several new gameplay sequences.

As for the Mafia: Definitive Edition achievements, you’ll need about 25 hours for the 1,000G. You’ll need to complete the game on the Classic difficulty, which sounds like a challenge, and find a bunch of collectibles scattered throughout the city of Lost Heaven.

Don’t forget that Xbox Game Pass is losing four more games on August 15, including The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, so make sure to grab any achievements you need for these titles before they disappear from the service.
