Humentum is a global nonprofit that strengthens humanitarian and development organizations and advocates for data-driven policies and standards for the benefit of the entire sector. We work directly with organizations by building community through our online networking platform and events; building individual and organizational capacity through online training and content; and providing solutions to organization-wide challenges through our consulting service.

About the possibility

With generous support from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), CHS Alliance, in partnership with Humentum, is strengthening global capacity to respond to sexual abuse, exploitation, and harassment (SEAH) in the humanitarian and development sectors. Our goal is to equip new investigators with the critical skills and knowledge to conduct survivor-focused investigations by using a standardized, high-quality approach to investigating allegations of SEAH.

A fundamental aspect of this training is to provide participants with practical experience in conducting interviews within a case study scenario. Humentum requires the involvement of actors who take on the roles of key figures in the case study. The actors must have the ability to thoroughly study background material and to portray their assigned characters competently during interviews. The designated roles are outlined as follows:

Subject of the complaint – Man

We are looking for candidates who:

Previous experience with role playing for role plays during interviews
Relevant experience in fulfilling roles in a professional or business environment.
Previous experience in roles related to SEAH or difficult circumstances.
Previous experience playing an enhanced role based on strict guidelines and backstories
Fluent English, French or Spanish is required to work.
Previous experience with webinar platform (Zoom) is a plus,
