Four weeks ago, Williamsville resident Jessica Meacham started Buffalo Guinea Pig Mafia Rescue, which she says is the only caviar rescue in Western New York. On Tuesday, July 30, a woman called Meacham to report that seven guinea pigs were overheated and dehydrated on the side of the road in the town of Oakfield. (…)
