The Godfeather: A Mafia Pigeon Saga is coming to Switch today

Hojo Studio announced today that their upcoming roguelike third-person pooper The Godfeather: A Mafia Pigeon Saga is releasing today on Switch. The Godfeather combines frantic action, stealth, and exploration with a compelling story following the pigeon underworld’s quest to reclaim the old neighborhood from their enemies.

Godfeather’s fast-paced “swoop & poop” gameplay takes place across dynamically generated levels, each filled with unique objectives and hazards that must be “taken out” the only way pigeons know how. Your character, a budding ally in the pigeon underworld, must complete missions from HQ and tackle brutal boss battles to progress through the story.

From The Suburbs to The Boidwalk to The Town, players will need to evade enemy “Anti-Pigeon Drones,” cats, lifeguards, lawn-Karens, owls, and more by using stealth tactics (and poop) to their advantage. Along the way, players can loot trash cans to reload their poop ammo, upgrade their pigeon abilities to gain the upper hand in combat, or customize their pigeon’s entire look for maximum glow-up.
