Toronto man faces new charges in landmark sexual abuse case


Toronto police are filing new charges against a man already in custody for sexual abuse.

Investigators say the man sexually abused youths between 2005 and 2013 while acting as a caregiver

Kevin Marsh was arrested in 2017 and charged with numerous crimes, including four counts of sexual abuse.

He is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence.

On Wednesday, August 14, 2024, Kevin Marsh, 47, of Toronto was arrested and charged with:

  • Sexual abuse
  • Sexual interference x3
  • Sexual Exploitation x2
  • Invitation for sexual contact x4
  • Intentional administration of harmful substances
  • Overcome resistance by administering harmful substances
  • Make child pornography
  • Distribution of child pornography

Police fear that there are more victims.
