Regarding the event, the actress added, “Casting couches are present in every industry—not only in movies. I am unable to speak to every person’s virtues or attributes. There are going to be some bad apples. However, I have spent the last eight years working in the tamil and telugu industries. My first movie was a big smash, so I didn’t really suffer.

“I honestly think from the bottom of my heart that there are many of positive things in the film industry,” the actress said, “oh darling. I have encountered the most stunning and kind people in this field. I want to work in this field even after I have a child because of this. The government’s establishment of a dedicated unit to investigate allegations of sexual exploitation is commendable.
