Man Arrested, Charged With Possession and Distribution of Child Abuse Material

BOULDER COUNTY, Colo. — The Boulder County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of a 21-year-old Louisville man on charges of possessing and distributing child pornography.

Louis Felipe Cuellar was arrested on Tuesday after turning himself in to police.

Tuesday’s arrest follows an investigation launched after a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children led to a search of the suspect’s home in the 300 block of Matchless Street last month.

Cuellar was booked into the Boulder County Jail on nine charges, including sexual exploitation of a child (distribution) and sexual exploitation of a child (possession of videos and images).

His bail was set at $30,000.
