GREENVILLE COUNTY, SC (WSPA) — A Pelzer man accused of possessing child sexual abuse material was arrested last week. According to South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson, Andrew Donald Kowal, 32, was arrested on Aug. 15. Officials said a tip submitted through the CyberTipline with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children led agents to Kowal.
