Petition · Ban the account “AmoythaGoddess” from TikTok for cyberbullying and harassment

From a deeply personal standpoint, I have seen the severe emotional impact of Toriano Arthur’s words and behavior on innocent women. His platform of choice is TikTok, where he operates under the account “AmoythaGoddess.” He displays a consistent pattern of threatening female users with physical harm and verbally abusing them on a daily basis.

This man doesn’t limit himself to direct threats and verbal abuse. He actively spreads false rumors about these women and tries to manipulate others into joining his campaign of cyberbullying. In this digital age, cyberbullying is just as damaging as real-life bullying—it has been linked to higher levels of depression, anxiety, and in extreme cases, suicide (UNESCO, 2019).

Perhaps even more alarming is his tendency to make sexually explicit comments about minors, referring to videos he has watched of them. This behavior goes beyond cyberbullying and amounts to sexual exploitation, and is unacceptable.

The time for action is now. TikTok, as a social media platform that is popular among teens and young adults, must take a strong stand against such irresponsible and destructive behavior. By allowing Toriano Arthur’s account to exist, TikTok is indirectly endorsing his actions. Let’s call on TikTok to permanently ban AmoythaGoddess and protect its community.
