Cops tow away more of Andrew Tate’s obscene luxury car collection after new allegations of ‘underage sex and human trafficking’

ROMANIAN police have seized another fleet of luxury supercars from Andrew Tate’s home, following fresh allegations of human trafficking and sex offences.

Andrew and his brother Tristan are being investigated over allegations that a 17-year-old girl was trafficked into Britain and forced to “perform sexual acts to produce pornographic material”.

They are already awaiting trial in Romania, along with two women, after being charged with human trafficking and forming a criminal gang to exploit women.

Andrew Tate was also charged with rape in that case.

In the latest raids on Andrew Tate’s Bucharest estate, officers seized 16 luxury vehicles, a motorcycle, laptops, luxury watches and cash.

More about Andrew Tate’s arrest

It is believed that three other buildings in the city and surrounding area were also searched.

The seized luxury vehicles include a Ferrari Stradale SF90 worth £380,000 and a Lamborghini Huracan, costing around £235,000.

Dramatic footage showed Romanian police towing away the supercars, along with a Mercedes-Benz, a McLaren and a more modest-looking classic red Lada.

The seized cars have a combined value of almost £1.2 million, it is reported.

Georgiana Popa, one of Tates’ lawyers, said today that the seizures are legal but unfounded and that the seizures are being challenged.

“The cars are not owned by the (Tate brothers), she added, without giving further details.

It happened just three days after the Tate brothers were arrested on the new charges.

A spokesperson for Tate told The Sun exclusively that Andrew had been under house arrest for 30 days.

His brother Tristan has since been released after the pair were arrested and questioned on Wednesday night, while Romanian officers searched four properties in Bucharest and the Ilfov region.

Romania’s Directorate for Investigations against Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT) said it is investigating the brothers for alleged trafficking of minors, human trafficking, sexual intercourse with minors, tampering with statements and money laundering.

The elite police unit had the authority to hold them for 24 hours, after which a judge had to approve a provisional detention, putting them behind bars for another 30 days.

DIICOT announced on Thursday that one of the alleged victims, aged 17, had been “deceived” and placed in various locations in Romania and the UK.

It is alleged that she was forced to perform sexual acts before pornographic material was posted on various websites.

Romanian officers also allege that a suspect had “sexual relations” with a 15-year-old starting in December 2020.

Two suspects are accused of purchasing luxury cars “in the names of loved ones” to conceal profits from human trafficking, authorities said.

They reportedly used the ‘loverboy’ method, where they would make girls fall in love with them, then recruit them and have them travel around to different houses to make porn.

It would then be broadcast across multiple platforms, with viewers reportedly paying a fee.

According to Romanian authorities, there are a total of 34 alleged victims, all of whom were in a “clear state of vulnerability”.

Prosecutors say the suspects made $2.8 million (£2.1 million) from the “sexual exploitation of the victims”.

Since their arrest in December 2022, the Tate brothers have categorically denied all allegations.

The two men, who hold dual British and American nationality, grew up in Luton and are also wanted in the UK after four women accused them of rape and sexual assault.

The Bucharest Court of Appeal has granted a request from the Britons to extradite them back to the United Kingdom after the trial in Romania is concluded.

A Bucharest court recently banned the brothers from leaving Romania while they await trial on human trafficking charges.

This reversed an earlier decision in July that allowed them to travel within the EU.

No date has yet been set for the trial.
