Deputy Makes Double Arrest for Driving Under the Influence

Ingham County Sheriff’s Office officials report that an officer conducted a traffic stop for excessive speeding Friday evening near Osborne Rd. and E. Dansville Rd. in Ingham Twp.

He arrested the driver, a 25-year-old man from Gregory, for driving under the influence.

A second vehicle, driven by a 23-year-old Spring Arbor man, stopped to check on his friend who had just been arrested.

The Spring Arbor Man was also arrested for driving under the influence.

Both suspects are being held in the Ingham County Jail.
