A former Drug Enforcement Administration investigator is facing charges for allegedly attempting to use child pornography to entice a minor into having sex with him. Frederick Scheinin, 29, of Sunnyside, Queens, was arrested and charged with one count of attempted production of child pornography, and one count of attempted enticement of a minor after attempting to lure his alleged victim with child pornography. A registered sex offender in northern Westchester will spend decades behind bars after luring a 14-year-old girl into sex acts via social media. David Ohnmacht of Katonah has been sentenced to 32 years in prison for manipulating the teen into taking sexually explicit photos of himself and sending them to him online. A 34-year-old Carmel man was sentenced Friday to 15 years in prison for participating in and filming sexual activity with a minor in the fall of 2003.
