On our team, you will be comfortable investigating targets using the latest network-based analytics tools such as Splunk, Rapid7, Nessus, Wireshark and others to solve difficult technical problems and achieve customer missions. You will support government and law enforcement agencies by using advanced analytics tools to gain access and perform actions on a targeted network. You have:

• 1+ years of experience with cybersecurity principles for Linux and Windows operating systems

• 1+ years of experience in vulnerability research or threat vulnerability identification

• 1+ years of experience developing methodologies to deliver best cyber defense capability practices

• 1+ years of experience with hostile, malicious tactics, techniques and procedures

• 1+ years of experience analyzing test results to develop risk and threat mitigation plans

• 1+ years of experience with the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF)

• TS/SCI approval with a lie detector

• HS diploma or GED

It would be nice if you have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field

• Certification Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

• CompTIA Security+ certification

Clearance:

Selected candidates will be subject to a security screening and may be required to meet eligibility requirements for access to confidential information. A TS/SCI statement with lie detector test is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The expected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 – $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total employee compensation package.
