Incest rape, child pornography lumalala – DOJ

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has issued an alarming report of incest rape and child pornography.

If this is a non-governmental organization of the DOJ, it could result in 500 incest rapes. It could be that intercourse is magkakadugo or magkamag-anak.

“Probably one thing we need to think about is based on the figures given to us by the NGO that supports the DOJ’s anti-online child sexual abuse or exploitation (OSAEC) and incestuous rape effort, they estimate the number of victims in the country to be over 500,” the Justice Minister said in his explanation of the Justice Department’s 2025 budget.

Every day you are exposed to child pornography, you cannot get into the Hindi story.

“It is of epidemic proportions and people are just silent about it, but it is a problem that we need to address as quickly as possible,” said Sabi Pa ng Kalihim.

“Naniniwala ako na ganoon karami ho talaga yan. If you have a child porn that has a value system, this might be the case. Talaga nakakapanlumo kung iisipin natin, yung ginagawa nila para lang kumita ng pera,” dagdag pa niya.

Sabi pa ni Remulla, kailangan magkaroon ng ‘whole government approach’ to identify this problem.

“Sabi ko nga, it has to be a whole-of-government approach and hopefully yung talagang kinakausap namin ang Department of Local Government (DILG), Department of Information and Communication Technology (DICT), Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), pero kulang pa rin,” ani Remulla.

“We need to focus more on this problem, I think it will make us a better country if we stop all these things,” he said. (Dindo Matining)
