Rajasthan CM to inaugurate conference for police officers on August 29

Jaipur, August 28 (SocialNews.XYZ) Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma will inaugurate the police conference on August 29, during which various security-related issues will be discussed in detail.

The theme of the conference is ‘Policing with Excellence: The Way Forward’.

Director General of Police (DGP) Utkal Ranjan Sahu said that this conference is being organised in line with the decision taken during the national DGP-IG conference held in Jaipur in January this year.

Sahu said that senior police officers of the state and experts in the field will deliver presentations on topics aimed at better policing in the state in about 12 sessions during the two-day conference.

On Thursday and Friday, presentations will be given by groups of police officers on six topics each. Subject matter experts will also participate in these sessions and share their important input on the related topics.

There will also be a brainstorming session on various topics, including a round of question and answer sessions.

Chairman of the Conference Organising Committee and ADG (Training) Malini Agarwal said that during the sessions to be held on Thursday, there will be a special session on the new penal laws, in which a group of officers will give a presentation.

A group of police officers will be presenting together with IG Cyber ​​​​Crime on topics such as Artificial Intelligence Tools, Chat GPT, Deep Fake and the Internet of Things (IoT).

ADG (Restructuring) will give a presentation on digital forensics and a team of police officers will give a presentation on preventing drug trafficking and consumption together with ADG (Railways).

There will also be six special sessions on the second day of the conference on Friday. These will include presentations by law enforcement officers on topics such as cybersecurity, dark web, cybercrime investigation and cryptocurrency.

Another group of police officers will give a presentation on ‘Emerging Trends of Crime in Rajasthan: Evolving a Unified Strategy to Combat Inter and Intra State Gangs’. The moderator of the session will be the ADG Armed Battalion.

During the session ‘Dealing with the Challenges of Cheating in Competitive Examinations: Need for a Multidimensional Approach’, police officers will also give a presentation.

The fourth session on Crime against Women, Children and other Vulnerable Groups is presented by ADG (Civil Rights)

ADG (Traffic) on road safety and traffic management will also give a presentation.

These sessions are chaired respectively by ADG (Housing), ADG (Recruitment and Promotion Committee) and DG (Intelligence).
