Evidence points to Indian army officers’ involvement in drug trafficking – World

(Web Desk) – The glaring evidence of the involvement of Indian army officers in fake battles and drug trafficking has come out.

Sources say several Indian Army officers have been arrested for their involvement in drug trafficking between 2017 and 2021.

It was added that the Indian officers are running this business by colluding with the local drug cartels and using military assets to transport the drugs near LOC.

Indian law does provide for courts-martial, but there are still serious concerns about transparency and accountability, as well as corruption and impunity.

International bodies have repeatedly drawn attention to the Indian military’s involvement in drug trafficking.

It is no wonder, then, that any involvement in drug trafficking would undermine the morale, discipline and ethical standards of the military.
