Celebrating a new addition to the family

How do you measure growth? I wish personal development could be measured in inches or pounds or Super Mario gold coins.

Better yet, I wish I had a patch that I could put on a green vest and wear proudly like a wide-eyed Girl Scout. Will you join me?

I would call us HUMAN SCOUTS.Copyright pending)

A patch for Vulnerability. One for Apologizing when you were wrong. Another patch for Breaking Through a Brick Wall as the Kool Aid Man.

I would also add a special patch, such as: Being accountable to a group of people who challenge you and point out your mistakes.(I’m still working on this title)

Last week I would have proudly pinned that patch on my green vest, if I had had one.

Over the past two years I have connected with a group of entrepreneurial friends with the intention of growing personally and professionally. It is one of the best/worst things I have done.

The BEST part:

  • We laughed too hard and too loud.
  • We celebrated the most epic victories and were shocked by the opportunities that unfolded before us.
  • We wore workout clothes to dinner, jeans to the pool, and hung out in the resort lobby like we were full-fledged members of the mafia.

The WORST part:

  • Openly and honestly admitting the most heartbreaking losses and pitfalls.
  • Admitting your mistakes in front of people you deeply respect.
  • Listening to others who speak the truth about your life and business, even when it hurts.

At the end of our trip I felt like I had become a new person, like a wet towel that had been wrung dry. Tired, fresh, clean.

When I attended my first mastermind in 2016, I didn’t know what to expect… now, eight years later, I can’t imagine life without them.

(I must also admit that this year alone I have been part of three masterminds!)

The people I’m in a Mastermind with feel like new members of my family.

When people ask me why I’m hosting my own mastermind (registration is NOW open), I simply answer:

The entrepreneurial journey is long and arduous. We owe it to ourselves to surround our dreams, hopes and aspirations with highly strategic people who will take us beyond our expectations.

I create a space for people to believe that the impossible is possible and that their future can be better than they imagine with the right strategy and action plan.

It’s exactly what I want for you and that’s why I invite you to apply for my Mastermind for entrepreneurs with a turnover of 7 figures.

This is your chance to work with me and a group of brilliant people who will take you further than you ever imagined in personal and business growth.

I may or may not provide a green vest and patches,

J*
