Tom Welling goes undercover to take down a major criminal syndicate in the trailer for Mafia Wars

Smallville’s Tom Welling stars in Saban Films’ new action thriller Mafia Wars. In the new trailer for the film, Welling is recruited for a dangerous undercover mission to stop a crime syndicate that’s been running rampant with Fentanyl on the streets of Italy, and the head of this mafia wants to control every corner of the drug trade. Cam Gigandet also stars as the main villain in the film. Gigandet has typically filled the shoes of antagonists in films like Never Back Down, the 2016 remake of The Magnificent Seven, and Silent Night.

The official plot synopsis reads:

“Terry Jacobs (Tom Welling) is a recently released criminal who is forced to go undercover to bring down Griff (Cam Gigandet), the head of Italy’s most notorious mafia syndicate.” The film is rated R for strong violence, drug content, language and some sexual material/nudity.
