Homeland Security is seeking individuals affected by alleged case

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — Federal officials are searching for people affected by an alleged child exploitation case.

According to a Homeland Security Investigations spokesperson, David Anthony Snell, 35, of Dayton, was arrested by special agents on Thursday, August 29.

Warren County Authorities Host ‘Explosive Ordnance Breaching Training’

HSI alleges that Snell was arrested by agents on charges including the following:

  • Alleged production of child abuse material
  • Coercion and enticement of a minor to engage in criminal sexual activity
  • Receipt of child abuse material

According to HSI, Snell is accused of exploiting individuals online.

The man previously held “positions of public trust.”
