The remake first came about two years ago and has since garnered worldwide interest, as Swedish House Mafia have played it in their live sets. This release follows their single “Lioness” featuring Nikki & The Dove via Republic Records. “Lioness” was originally released in June and has been highly sought after by fans since the record’s live premiere in 2023.

This summer, Swedish House Mafia played a string of international music festivals including Garorock Festival, Panama Open Air Festival, Lucca Summer Festival, Untold Festival, Findings Festival, and the main stage at Tomorrowland, making their return to the festival after 12 years. This past weekend, they wrapped up their historic 6-week Ushuaïa Ibiza Residency. In 2008, a trio of solo artists, DJs and producers united to quietly break every rule in electronic music. Hidden in flames, Swedish House Mafia—Steve Angello, Sebastian Ingrosso and Axwell—brought house music to life on stage with one legendary live show after another, elevating it from warehouses and clubs to arenas and stadiums on an unprecedented scale. It’s hard to imagine how the genre would have evolved without them.

They became the first electronic act to headline (selling out Madison Square Garden) in 2011 and the first to grace the main stage at Coachella in 2012. They received two consecutive GRAMMY® nominations in the “Best Dance Recording” category for the platinum “Save the World” in 2012 and the five-times platinum Hot 100 Top 10 hit “Don’t You Worry Child” in 2013.

The marathon, record-breaking One Last Tour paved the way for a five-year hiatus before they returned as surprise headliners of Ultra Music Festival’s 20th anniversary in 2018. Following the Save The World Reunion Tour a year later, this holy trinity of electronic music gods focused on the one thing they hadn’t done yet: creating their 2022 full-length debut album, Paradise Again (Republic Records). Their return was heralded by the cover of Billboard and immediately garnered press and a late-night television appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, followed by a trending hit, “A Moth To A Flame,” featuring The Weeknd.

Upon arrival, it charted in the Top 10 of seven worldwide charts, reaching number one on the Billboard Top Dance/Electronic Albums Chart and number one on the UK Dance Albums Chart.
