CACI is seeking a talented Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our EW-ISR group, within the National Security and Innovative Solutions Sector. We are recruiting engineers to form multiple new agile teams, to do groundbreaking work – build a CI/CD pipeline to update vehicle software mid-ocean, submerged or in the air. We will modernize and revolutionize the Navy’s software delivery.

The chance

As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer at CACI, you will have the opportunity to foster a pattern of continuous improvement within our organization. Our DevSecOps engineers participate in the full software development lifecycle, focusing on the creation, quality, deployment, and monitoring of software solutions. As a member of an agile development team, you will have the opportunity to support several focus areas, such as:

• Cloud infrastructure

• Design of distributed systems

• Container orchestration

• Test-driven design and automation

• Release management

• CI/CD pipeline automation

• Cross-domain solutions

• Automated deployment and monitoring solutions

Qualifications:

Required:

· Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field, or equivalent relevant work experience, and 5+ years of experience in a DevSecOps role

· Must be a US citizen and have an active TS/SCI statement

· Experience with OCI containers and runtimes

· Effective troubleshooting skills (OS, pipeline, networking, etc.)

· Experience with Container Orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Open Shift)

· Solid knowledge of storage, networking, PKI and management

· Experience with Linux administration, such as shell scripting, security, and networking

· Experience with an automation framework such as Ansible, Puppet or Chef

· Experience with scripting languages ​​such as Python, Perl

Desired:

· Experience working with a Cloud Service Provider (AWS, Azure, GCP)

· Passion for automation and continuous learning

· Experience in managing CI/CD toolchains

· Experience with git, branching patterns, and general version control best practices

· Experience with software development

· Strong background with Linux systems (RedHat/ and CentOS)

· Identity and access management (SAML, OIDC)

Infrastructure Automation (CloudFormation, Terraform)

The suggested salary range for this position is:
