Job description:

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an experienced Open Source Trainer to join our intelligence team with our military/IC client. The Trainer will work under limited supervision as a key member of the client’s open source intelligence training team.

The work:

• Instruct the collection and exploitation of Publicly Available Information (PAI) through the use of OSINT tools
• Provide instruction on the use of social media and publicly accessible databases
• Provide guidance for the collection, synthesis, and analysis of open source intelligence information in support of objectives related to force protection, counterterrorism, counter-narcotics, and other areas of the Army mission.
• Instructions on how to respond to requests for information
• Provide input into the development of the OSINT training requirements curriculum
• Provides support for operational planning, technical documents and other tasks as specified by the customer

This is what you need:

• Minimum 8 years demonstrable intelligence experience with MA/MS or 10+ years with BA/BS
• Graduated from government OSINT training courses (e.g. OS301/OS302 or other formal training)
• Experience using Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) OSINT tools (e.g. BHTK, SILO, SCRAAWL, Data Miner and Babel or similar).
• Demonstrable experience in OSINT research, collection management or analysis, or the exploitation of PAI or social media
• Previous military or government analytical training (e.g., all source, SIGINT, HUMINT, or GEOINT)
• Demonstrable knowledge of signature reduction and experience in collecting and exploiting information from the deep web and dark web.
• Experience in training individuals

Bonus points if:

• Experience performing intelligence analysis support for the DoD
• Knowledge of foreign languages ​​of 2+/2+ DLPT or better
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages ​​and technologies such as Python, Java or R

Security clearance:

• Must have an active TS/SCI authorization

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable compensation levels for hired positions based on the cost of employment in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base salary range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for positions at Accenture Federal Services varies based on a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to office location, job title, skills, and experience level. The salary range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is: $83,900 – $170,200 USD
