KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (not all-inclusive nor exhaustive):

  • Gather information with clear direction to support the drafting of documents and preparation of reports by other staff.
  • Respond to inquiries and make adjustments as needed to serve customers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist in processing and managing routine administrative and financial tasks across various functional areas, to contribute to the effective and timely management of resources.
  • We provide revision and proofreading services for standard documents to contribute to the development of accurate documentation.
  • Be responsible for maintaining established standard systems and files to ensure that information is accurate and readily available for the function.
  • Identify simple discrepancies in statistics and data, such as missing information, and report them to leadership to support customers in delivering their work.
  • Take responsibility for data integrity to ensure the availability of accurate information in business systems.
  • Provide guidance to junior colleagues on routine business support methods and practices to ensure services are delivered consistently and to the required standards.
  • Collaborate with different individuals and receive feedback where necessary to improve staff support.

STANDARD MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Education: Completion of high school.

Experience: At least four years of work experience with increasing responsibility in the relevant business sector, with experience in general administrative work.

Knowledge and skills:

  • Proficient in using office equipment and computer software packages, such as Microsoft Word.
  • Knowledge of work routines and methods to carry out processes under minimal supervision.
  • Uses tact and courtesy to give and receive information to a wide range of individuals.
  • Ability to identify data discrepancies and resolve issues that require attention.
  • Ability to provide on-the-job mentoring or basic training to junior employees.

Language: Fluency (level C) in English.
