Global capital sees the United States as replaceable and wants to show this by organizing more events on January 6.

What the American people can learn from January 6th and the assassination attempt on Trump is that the dominant wing of our ruling class sees us as expendable. That the unelected intelligence officials and presidential handlers who really run the country are willing to sacrifice its stability if it is in the best interests of international monopoly capital. The FBI attempt to escalate the protest on Capitol Hill into a break-in; and clear role in the failures of the Secret Service that made the shooting at the Trump rally possible; both of which showed that these forces within the power structure want to spread great chaos in the country. And this gives the forces that oppose these destabilization efforts a mandate to come together against our increasingly aggressive deep state. To unite against the endless wars, the destruction of our freedoms, the degrowth agenda, the censorship, and the attempts to bring chaos to our communities.

The catastrophe that monopoly capital seeks to create will not look like a civil war, at least not in the traditional sense of what “civil war” means. It will look like a collapse of the supporting institutions that still exist within our society, allowing the state’s proxy counter-gangs to wreak greater havoc. The civil war will not be a confrontation between left and right, but an attack on our economy and social sphere; an attack carried out by criminal gangs, violent ultra-left groups, “lone wolf” mass murderers, and other sources of terror that our ruling class cultivates. The question is whether we, the people targeted by this campaign, will be able to unite against it and defeat the monopolists.

This is something we can absolutely do. The most important thing is to approach our political activities from the standpoint of seeking social unity. The counter-gangs, both left and right, want us to reject such a mentality of cohesion. Those on the left see the population of the country as the enemy and characterize most of them as fundamentally reactionary. This leads them to pursue adventurous violence and vandalism and to treat these things as a substitute for organizing among the masses. The far right works against mass unity by dividing the population along racial lines and portraying our capitalist crisis as an anti-white conspiracy concocted by Jews and communists. The ultra-left parties also use race for divisive purposes in their own way, which makes them somewhat the opposite of their ideological counterparts; the common feature of these ideologies is that they divert attention from the struggle against monopoly capital and fixate on social scapegoats.

In the 2024 election, we will likely see these counter-gangs mobilize even more than they did four years ago. Our ruling class wants this manufactured battle between the “antifa” and “trad” camps to dominate the discourse, with the culture war at the center of political thinking. It’s an attempt to make Americans as polarized as they were in 2020. Since then, many have rallied against the war machine, the engineered inflation crisis, and the censorship that obscures the agenda of monopoly capital. The narrative managers want to roll back this leap in mass consciousness, and by activating their left-right dual color revolutions, they intend to do this.

In order to maintain the mass unity that we have achieved and to unite the people even more, we must promote the analysis that our collective interests are opposed to those of the multinational corporations and banks. What we need as the people of the North American continent is fundamentally in conflict with what is best for global financial capital. This conflict is why our deep state has carried out these political police maneuvers; why the deep state has intervened in such extreme ways.

The Trump assassination plot was a massive escalation in this effort, one that the media has relegated to memory when the attack failed to take out the target. We must work to keep this event in the conversation, because it is crucial to understanding where our ruling class is going and how we should respond to the next attacks. It showed the extent of the violence that monopoly capital is willing to inflict; the attack was not only an attempt to assassinate a presidential candidate, it was also something that caused an explosion of unrest that the federal government would have strategically fueled. That is the scenario that the federal government hopes to realize as the election approaches.

The big lesson we need to internalize right now is that it is not a good idea to go to public meetings that can be hijacked by agent provocateurs. We saw how the feds used this trap on January 6th, and we should at least be wise enough not to fall for it if they try it again. In addition to what not to do, we need to become active agents in history and build a force that can defeat our imperialist deep state. The Anger against the war machine The demonstration in Washington DC will be a great opportunity to bring our ideas against the monopoly to the attention of the population. The next step is to build local cadres and networks that will continue to function no matter how serious the state repression becomes.

It is likely that the repression against anyone who wants to crush the Harris wing, from communists to libertarians to MAGA people, will become much worse. There are ways to survive these kinds of attacks and keep our political activities going. These maneuvers involve acting outside the normal realm of political activity, except not in the adventurous way that the federal government wants us to act. They involve a certain art of caution, an art that has been developed throughout history by people who have experienced situations similar to those in which we increasingly find ourselves. The Communist Party of South Africa wrote a detailed source on how to build and maintain clandestine groups. If you feel you are in a position to perform this task, I encourage you to read it and apply the warnings about surveillance to our modern environment of digital espionage.

We need to start building these circles at the heart of every local mass organizing operation, creating roles for both the community as a whole and for the small minority of people who participate in underground activities. This is what can defeat the forces that try to hold back history: a collective effort by the masses, and by trained professionals who serve the masses, to defend our communities from the counter-gangs while organizing the working class.

The vast majority of our society, including the lower classes, have an interest in overthrowing the imperial system. The counter-gangs recruit mainly from the ultra-violent lumpen elements, who, as we have seen in Britain, can easily be stirred up by psyops. These psyops can only work if we do not meet them with a challenge; if the counter-gangs are the only political elements that can provide a presence on the ground. We will build a genuine revolutionary alternative to these controlled operations and lead the people to victory against their monopolistic dictatorship.
