Tip leads to arrest of Nashville man on child sexual exploitation charges

Detectives with the MNPD’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit today charged Angelo A. Ellis, 34, with two counts of sexual exploitation of minors after a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children led detectives to a specific Nashville internet address linked to a Dropbox account.

The investigation found hundreds of photos showing minors performing sexual acts.

Ellis was arrested today during a vehicle stop on I-24. A court commissioner set his bail at $75,000.
