Lexington County Man Arrested on Child Abuse Charges

LEXINGTON COUNTY, SC (WOLO)– A 26-year-old West Columbia man has been arrested on charges of sexual exploitation of minors, the attorney general’s office said.

South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson announced the arrest of Casey Price on four charges related to the sexual exploitation of minors.

Price is accused of producing child sexual abuse files.

According to the attorney general’s office, investigators received a CyberTipline report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), which led them to Price.

He was arrested on Tuesday, September 3, and faces a possible prison sentence of up to 20 years on both charges.

The case will be prosecuted by the Public Prosecution Service.
