San Diego resident gives astonishing testimony on border crisis: ‘US government policies are facilitating a multi-billion dollar smuggling operation’

The reason open borders are so bad is that they give the worst international criminals a free pass to commit their crimes.

The House Judiciary Committee held a hearing on California’s perspective on the border crisis.

Although it was intended to be a bipartisan effort, not a single Democratic official showed up. So while lawmakers and elected officials have decided that no human being is illegal, some of the worst crimes are happening because federal “policy is facilitating a multibillion-dollar smuggling operation.”

San Diego resident Cory Gautereaux testified before Congress about the reality of the crisis at the southern border. This includes threats to national security, infiltration by the Chinese Communist Party and other entities from countries hostile to the U.S., and human trafficking, including 300,000 missing children.

“Cartels don’t just offer transportation for a fee. They sexually abuse women and children.”

The worst part is that the government no longer does DNA testing to make sure that children are being sent to their parents. The fact that we can’t tell if these people are who they say they are and not requiring DNA testing opens the door for “cartel smuggling operations” and there is no crime worse than that.

According to his written testimony:

Hundreds of thousands of these children have arrived in the U.S. unaccompanied. The cartels have exploited this vulnerability, realizing they can profit from the federal Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) program, which places children with unverified sponsors, many of whom have ties to transnational criminal organizations. I have personally seen countless IDs discarded at the border, bearing the faces of these vulnerable children

He also stated that he found mobile phones that “revealed a significant amount of sensitive information, including multiple Telegram chats with thousands of members in each of the chats.”

There is ongoing communication on a variety of topics including (but not limited to) direct travel routes to the US from various origin points around the world, photos, videos, and communications consistent with criminal behavior.

The chats clearly show ‘normal’ migrants trying to exploit our current immigration policies, as well as agents trying to intimidate people who speak badly about their home countries. There are also CCP agents in the chats posting graphic images and videos as a show of force to scare those who wish to speak out against the Chinese government.

He added that he is currently in “40 different chat groups within an encrypted app, most of which provide instructions on how to get smuggled into the US.”

In the chats, Chinese nationals discuss the purchase of firearms and ammunition, human trafficking, sex trafficking, child trafficking, unaccompanied minors, and the likelihood of children crossing the border without adults or parents.

While the left wants to pretend that migrant crime is a myth and demands that you confirm that no human is illegal, regardless of the severity of those “mythical” crimes, elected officials ignore the gravity of the situation that has harmed hundreds of thousands of people, many of whom are children.

Even the so-called “immigrants” who are truly pursuing the American Dream are falling victim to these criminals. So in reality, these policies are not only fueling this mess, they are also hurting the very people the left pretends to want to help.
