Two British women have made new allegations of rape and sexual assault against controversial social media influencer Andrew Tate, while a third woman has accused his younger brother, Tristan Tate, of rape for the first time. The allegations are separate from ongoing legal proceedings in Romania, where the Tate brothers are accused of human trafficking and sexual exploitation.

If found guilty, both brothers could face more than 10 years in prison. They strongly deny the charges against them.

Andrew Tate, currently under house arrest in Romania, also faces new charges of sex with a minor and human trafficking of minors. The Romanian investigation now includes allegations of human trafficking of 34 women, further complicating their legal problems.

The BBC spoke to two women, identified as “Anna” and “Sienna,” who have accused Andrew Tate of violent sexual assaults that took place in the United Kingdom a decade ago. Their allegations, which include accounts of strangulation and rape, echo claims made by other women in the United Kingdom. The Tate brothers have not yet commented on these latest allegations.
