Ramen Mafia restaurant opens in Winston-Salem on Fourth St.

Ramen Mafia is a new project from Venny Juniaty, co-owner of Thai Harmony in the city centre.

Juniaty said renovations to the space, which seats about 30 people, are nearly complete.

“We will have a ramen bowl, rice bowl and yakitori (Japanese skewers),” she said of the menu.

The restaurant’s alcohol menu will include sake, as well as beer, wine and mixed drinks. And the drinks will be Japanese-inspired.”

Ramen Mafia will serve lunch and dinner daily. Juniaty said she hopes to open as early as Sept. 13.
