Investigation into August 21 incident leads to additional charges against Clary

QUINCY, Illinois (KHQA) — Quincy police continue to investigate incidents allegedly involving James Clary.

An investigation was underway into a separate incident that occurred on August 21 at approximately 7:30 p.m. in the 2200 block of Spruce.

It is alleged that inappropriate sexual behavior has occurred again.

As a result of that investigation, Clary was charged with a new count of sexual exploitation of a child and remains in the Adams County Jail awaiting a 9/11 detention hearing.
