Ready 4 the Game: first viewing parties for away games

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — While many members of the Bills Mafia pack their bags and head to the Sunshine State to show their support for their Miami team, many fans may be looking for ways to cheer on their team here in Western New York.

Watch parties are popping up all over the map. Here are a few options to attend:

The village of Lancaster holds their first “Football in the Village”

The Lancaster Village Merchant Association is holding their first “Football in the Village” on West Main Street in front of Fattey Beer Co. starting at approximately 6 p.m. Thursday. Linebacker Joe Andreessen, aka “Buffalo Joe,” is a Lancaster native and his hometown brings everyone together to watch the game and show their support.

The game will be played on two screens, along with eateries from Red’s Hot Dogs, Big Poppa’s Ice Cream and Skoob’s Village Grille. Admission is free.

Imperial Pizza Partners with Logan’s Friendship Bracelets to Support Oshei Children’s Hospital

At Imperial Pizza, they say every away game is a viewing party for them, because their seats are filled with fans. For Thursday, they’re preparing for the crowds, but they’re also teaming up with Logan’s Bracelets to raise money for Oshei Children’s Hospital.

Here you can buy Logan’s friendship bracelets.

“Meowfia” Tailgate Party at Resurgence Brewing in Support of Ten Lives Club

Ten Lives Club has teamed up with Tito’s Vodka and Resurgence Brewing to host their first ever “Meowfia” tailgate party.

They will be collecting $10 at the door, which will earn you a free drink and entry to win a door prize. There will be a raffle, 50/50, meowfia yard signs for sale and more as fans watch the game. You can buy tickets here.
