Oakland man charged with starting OnlyFans with child abuse videos

OAKLAND — A Bay Area man has been arrested and charged with creating an OnlyFans account that contained child sexual abuse material, court documents show.

Kevin Jimenez, 24, was charged Monday with sexual exploitation of a child and possession of child pornography, both felonies. He was released from jail with bail conditions that include submitting to a police search of his electronic devices or property, and an explicit order not to possess child pornography, documents show.

Jimenez came under investigation in May when Oakland police received a tip about child abuse material on OnlyFans, an adult subscription website. Detectives investigated and discovered that Jimenez had allegedly created the account under the pseudonym “Kevin Jackson” and a false birth date, authorities said.

The videos he allegedly posted included one of a prepubescent girl being tied up and raped, according to court records. Police said they were able to identify Jimenez as the creator of the account through the IP address and other digital evidence. Jimenez was arrested on Sept. 5, four days before the charges were filed, records show.

Court documents show Jimenez pleaded not guilty when arraigned on Sept. 9.
