Future Announces ‘Mixtape Pluto’ Release Date, Reveals Cover

Future announced on Wednesday (September 11) that his Mixtape Pluto The project is set to hit streaming services later this month on September 20. “F*** the publicity I pulled this out of the mud MIXTAPE PLUTO 9-20-24,” he wrote in his caption for the social media announcement. Future also revealed the cover art for the new project, which features the famous Dungeon family home drenched in pink fluorescent lights.

According to Apple Music, Mixtape Pluto has a total of 17 tracks with features that have not yet been revealed. Pre-save links for the project are currently live.

The Freebandz website has added merchandise and vinyl bundles for fans who want to pre-order the project. CDs and vinyl records are available separately with an alternative cover that replaces the pink with lime green. Little Brother-infused lighting in the Dungeon. The $40 bundles come with shirts in two options — purple/white or black/green.

Later the Mixtape Pluto post, Future hinted at a track from the project titled “Too Fast.” He’s apparently already shot the visual for the cut with Kid Art at the helm, who directed the film. “Bought the Patek, I was moving too fast/ New G-Wagon, I was moving too fast/ Got the apartment, I was moving too fast,” he raps.

While most of the project’s collaborators are still unknown, Travis Scott has repeatedly announced his involvement in the project. Mixtape PlutoLast week he previewed a clip from a collaboration that appears to be titled “South of France.”

On the production side, 808 Mafia’s Southside revealed he played a role in the project with Wheezy. “It’s almost here presave link in bio can’t wait for y’all to hear this masterpiece me and my brothers put together @wheezy @future and if you leave one in the comments for the cover #MTP 9/20 we’re going up,” he wrote.

Future’s third project for 2024 follows his two collab albums with Metro Boomin We don’t trust you And We still don’t trust youwho both topped the Billboard 200 earlier this year. The duo concluded their We Trust You Tour north of the border in Vancouver on September 9.
