Job description:

AFS is seeking an OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst SME to analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and integration with technology. The OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst SME will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. They will also research, collect, and synthesize information. This role involves up to 50% CONUS/OCONUS travel.

This is what you need:

  • Must possess or obtain a U.S. passport within 30 days of employment
  • 8+ years total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or Intelligence Community
  • 3+ years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation in direct support of special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/non-kinetic targeting and/or HUMINT lead development
  • 2+ years of experience in reducing digital signatures

Bonus points if you have:

  • Previous experience providing OSINT analysis support to special operations. (Note: Experience with traditional/legacy OSINT tasks (i.e., reviewing, translating, and/or reporting feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources) will not be considered equivalent experience)
  • Advanced proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases and repositories, as well as analytical and targeting methodology
  • Advanced proficiency with the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology, and a strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media, the Internet, commercially available data and deep/dark web data sources)
  • Advanced understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations and policies
  • Excellent written communication skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office application suite
  • Excellent oral briefing skills, with demonstrable history of briefing at O5/GS14 level or above

Security clearance:

  • Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable compensation levels for hired positions based on the cost of employment in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base salary range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for positions at Accenture Federal Services varies based on a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to office location, job title, skills, and experience level. The salary range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is: $113,500 – $234,900 USD
