The Enhanced Partnership and Cooperation Agreement between the European Union (EU) and its Member States, of the one part, and the Kyrgyz Republic, of the other part, establishes a framework to strengthen their bilateral relationship. It builds on their previous partnership, signed in 1995, by reflecting new political and economic realities and promoting mutual cooperation in various fields.

Council Decision (EU) 2024/2153 of 4 March 2024 on the signing, on behalf of the Union, and provisional application of the Enhanced Partnership and Cooperation Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and the Kyrgyz Republic, of the other part, has also been officially published.
