Ted Cruz demands Biden dismantle Congress-unapproved ‘parallel immigration system’ – Def-Con News

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) is leading the group of senators demanding that the Obiden regime end a “fundamentally flawed” program.

Cruz even went so far as to claim that the regime had created a “parallel immigration system without congressional approval.”

The Obiden Regime recently revived this controversial program, despite discoveries of alleged fraud, which allows 30,000 people per month to immigrate to the United States from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela.

Once in the United States, participants in the program are granted a two-year work permit.

The Fraud Detection and National Security Service discovered last summer that approximately 3,000 sponsors in the program had submitted more than 100,000 forms.

In another disturbing twist, it was discovered that some sponsors used phone numbers of deceased individuals. They also allegedly used storage unit addresses and false zip codes.

Biden’s DHS shut down CHNV in July “out of an abundance of caution.” At the time, they promised “additional screening” in the future. Just six weeks later, The Regime quietly restarted CHNV.

In a letter sent to Attorney General Merrick Garland and Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, Cruz and his fellow senators demanded that the administration “immediately” end the “ineffective, unlawful and dangerous” CHNV program.

This fundamentally flawed program must be permanently dismantled. Not only has the program facilitated widespread fraud, it has exposed serious vulnerabilities in our immigration system, leading to grave consequences for public safety. The tragic sexual assault and murder of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray by two Venezuelan illegal aliens highlights the dangers posed by the Biden-Harris administration’s immigration policies.

The senators say the program is illegal and there is “a widespread lack of oversight.”

“By instituting a categorical program based on nationality, the Biden administration has created a parallel immigration system without congressional approval,” the senators said.

“There have been many cases of crimes, such as sexual abuse, rape and murder, committed by CHNV participants,” they noted. “Sammers have charged up to $5,000 for sponsorship, underscoring the program’s vulnerability to exploitation by traffickers and other malicious actors.”

You may recall that Haitian immigration came up during the debate, with Donald Trump making a number of claims about the chaos that has allegedly ensued as a result of Haitian immigrants in Springfield, Ohio.

This disturbing program was halted due to what appears to be massive fraud, only to be quietly restarted a few weeks later. The regime is in a hurry to get CHNV off the ground. But such blatant fraud warrants more than just a few weeks of pause in the program. Officials should take time to consider whether CHNV should continue at all.

It is not surprising that The Regime is running this shady program. For years they have prioritized illegal aliens over the well-being and safety of the American people. They are after the illegal vote, not the well-being of America and Americans.

Charges are expected to be filed soon, but they will not happen until after President Trump returns to power.
