Idea-CG reserved more than half a million euros for September gifts for all employees

Idea-CG employs more than 2,600 people and invested 4.2 million euros in 2024 in improving the working conditions of its employees, which is a key strategic determinant of the company. In this sense, Idea-CG continues to reward its employees with gift vouchers worth 180 euros in September, which is an investment of more than half a million euros.

Milica Ilić Bošković, Director of the HR Sectorshe said that the company will continue to improve working conditions in the future. “Employees are the carriers of all our processes and business successes and are our greatest strength. Therefore, with these and similar investments, we strive to create a supportive and encouraging working environment, with the aim of achieving a balance between private and professional life. We will continue to monitor the needs of our employees and respond to them in an adequate manner, both this year and in the coming year,” said Milica Ilić Bošković.

In addition to the September gift mentioned, Idea-CG has traditionally put together special gift packages for all children of employees who went to school in September (93 children in total).

At the same time, the company offers its employees a number of other benefits, such as holiday gifts for the May and New Year holidays, bonuses for each employee’s birthday, as well as special benefits for employees when paying with a Super Card. Likewise, in addition to gifts for first-grade students, there are other signs of attention for employees’ children, such as gifts for newborns and the child’s first birthday, as well as a gift for the New Year.
