Illegal Alien Jailed in Tennessee on Child Sex Abuse Charges

An illegal alien was arrested last month in Davidson County and was charged with sexual exploitation of a minor after police received tips that led them to more than 200 files alleging child sexual abuse.

Eswar Rao Arkula, 25, was arrested on August 8 and booked into the Davidson County Jail.

The research began in June, after police received four cyber tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

The tips stated that a Google account was registered under the name “Eswar Rao” and connected to a phone number in Davidson County, had uploaded more than 100 child sexual abuse files.

Google as long as authorities with a Comcast Cable IP address that was used for login or upload purposes. The IP address was found to be assigned to Akula’s apartment, located on Church Street.

After obtaining a search warrant to view all the contents of their Google account, agents found more than 200 files showing young girls engaged in sexual activity, including at least one video of a girl who looked like she was a toddler and still wearing a diaper. Some of the images also featured Akula.

Based on GPS information, police determined that most of the images were taken at or near Akula’s apartment.

He is currently being held in an immigration detention center and is not eligible for release.
