Three men arrested for human trafficking of 13-year-old Kentucky girl, one wanted for questioning

The ongoing investigation by Department of Child Services detectives into the human trafficking of a 13-year-old Kentucky girl who ran away from Oak Grove on Christmas Eve and was found in the Cayce Homes neighborhood on January 9 has now led to the arrest of three Nashville men.

Octavius ​​Stepheny, 31, was arrested last night on grand jury charges of trafficking for the purpose of a commercial sex act. He was jailed on $100,000 bond.

Kemar Robinson, 32, was arrested on Jan. 2 and transported to Sumner County on an outstanding charge of sexual battery. He was returned to Davidson County on March 1 and booked on multiple charges and counts of rape, aggravated rape of a minor, and especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor. He remains jailed on $85,000 bail.

Corey Chambers, 47, was arrested Aug. 29 on grand jury charges of aggravated rape of minors. He remains jailed on $75,000 bail.

The investigation, led by Detective Christopher Beery, indicates that others may have been involved with the victim during the two weeks she was in Nashville. They are asking for the public’s help in locating Wilbert Pollard, 26, who is wanted for questioning as a witness because he is believed to have direct knowledge of those who had contact with the 13-year-old.
