Facebook account disabled for reasons I don’t even know. I open FB once a year

I was watching a copied soccer stream and all of a sudden I started getting notifications that my Facebook account was logged out. This is crazy because I don’t even use Facebook and it was disabled because of the “child sexual exploitation” guidelines. Like bro I don’t even use Facebook how the hell did this happen? I only have a Facebook account because my games are connected to it that’s it. I haven’t used Facebook in ages. My WhatsApp was also disabled because of this. This is annoying. Does anyone have a fix for this because I swear I didn’t do anything. Am I hacked? What’s even funnier is that I can’t even request a review.
