Three arrested, one wanted in human trafficking of Kentucky teen found in Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tenn.–The Metro Nashville Police Department’s (MNPD) Juvenile Services Division has arrested three men connected to the human trafficking of a 13-year-old Kentucky girl.

According to Kentucky police, the teen was found in the Cayce Homes neighborhood on January 9 of this year after running away from Oak Grove, Kentucky on Christmas Eve last year.

On Monday evening, police arrested a third suspect, identified as 31-year-old Octavius ​​Stepheny. Stepheny was charged with human trafficking for the purpose of a commercial sex act and is being held on $100,000 bail. On January 2, a 32-year-old, identified as Kemar Robinson, was arrested and transported to Sumner County on an open charge of sexual battery. He was transferred back to Davidson County in March and is facing charges of rape, rape of a minor, and especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor for the current case.

Corey Chambers, 47, was arrested on Aug. 29 on one count of aggravated rape. Both Chambers and Robinson are being held on $75,000 and $85,000, respectively.

Police are seeking 26-year-old Wilbert Pollard for questioning as a witness, and MNPD says he likely has direct knowledge of the case. Anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts or information about the case is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463.
