Paramilitaries pose ‘major problem’ in some Northern Irish communities

Youth workers have told RTÉ that paramilitary groups are a “major problem” in some communities in Northern Ireland, with young people suffering from serious mental health problems, being forced into crime or being “sexually exploited” if they do not hand over money to criminal gangs.
