The role of the Head of Digital Transformation is to develop and implement a digital transformation strategy within URCS, while simultaneously overseeing the implementation of an ERP.

In this role you will have a unique opportunity to provide significant assistance and benefits to the Ukrainian people.

Essential tasks:

• Prepare a strategic plan for digital transformation, aligned with the URCS strategy
• Change management related to digital transformation
• Coordinate the implementation of an ERP with URCS
• Monitor and report periodically on the progress of the digital transformation
• Annual planning for digital transformation and innovation
• Understand the needs and digital context at the department level.
• Document and analyze workflows and business processes of any department
• Analyze current efficiency at process level and then set goals through digital transformation
• Identify the drivers of change, manage resistance to change and mitigate negative risks
• Create a detailed ERP implementation plan together with the supplier
• Act as a liaison between IT and other departments and the ERP implementation
• Develop KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of the transformation as a whole

Requirements

Education:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT or Project Management

Experience:

• More than 5 years of experience in a similar role involving ERP implementation
• More than 3 years of experience in understanding workflows, processes and designing ERP implementation plans
• Extensive experience in IT with practical knowledge of accounting
• Strong interest in technology
• Operational insight into digital transformations within organizations
• Demonstrable experience in project management
• High level of competence in strategic thinking and design, knowledge sharing, advising and facilitating, self-management; coaching; mentoring and facilitating. Experience with training and facilitating is a plus
• Required proficiency in Ukrainian and English
• Advanced insight into the use of innovative tools and digital approaches
