Some people argue that small artists, YouTubers and influencers make money when the sun shines and only complain when something goes wrong.

Things are fine when everything is in order. But the behavior of these men is as such, they do not stick to one woman. When their taste changes, they stop paying money and these gifts. They claim that the women then feel neglected and go into blackmail mode with these complaints.

But who is to blame here, the men or the women?

The law defines women as exploited. Even when women are arrested in prostitution, they are called Victims and sent to Rescue Homes, not prisons.

There is no ambiguity here. The women are exploited and the men are the exploiters.

But yes, society is not forgiving.

The industry tries to use the argument that these girls are in consensual sex/relationships for easy money and then later play the victim when things go wrong. So, there is an attempt to show that no one is right or wrong in these issues.

Why does the law see the girls as victims?

It is well known that the film industry is notorious for the exploitation of women.

Most women come to the industry with the dream of making it big. They are lured into this mess by offering opportunities. They were lured to Instagram Glamour with fancy gifts and monthly payments.

These girls come mainly from poor and middle class backgrounds. They lack the attention of their families and the resources to live an Instagram-worthy life. They believe that Instagram is the shortcut to the glamour and fame they aspired to in the film industry.

The exploiters come in and entice them into this gang by paying money and giving expensive gifts.

The law is clear about exploiters and the exploited, but society is confused.

They believe that men are the ones who are entitled and that women, especially those who flaunt Instagram Reels, are the ones who are wrong. This mentality did not originate today. Even in the old days, society was okay if a man’s character was bad, but all hell broke loose if a woman’s character was bad.

The exploiters try to use this mentality of society to say that no one is right or no one is wrong. In this way the issue is watered down.

Promising an Instagram-worthy life is the trap they set for women. Showing her reels and ruining her character is the exit they take using the same Instagram.
