'Samajwadi Party' is a gang that commits crimes against women: Yogi Adityanath

LUCKNOW: In a scathing attack on the Samajwadi Party on Wednesday, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath termed it a gang that committed atrocities against women. The CM alleged that all those arrested recently in UP for crimes against women have links with the SP and added that the ‘soul of Aurangzeb’ has a hold on them.
SP officials have labeled India’s religious leaders and cultural icons as mafia. Before 2014, the Congress-led central government had introduced laws to oppress Hindus, tried to dismantle the Ram Setu, obstructed the construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhya and promoted terrorism in Kashmir.
“Similarly, before 2017, SP followed Congress in UP and promoted lawlessness and chaos. There were many riots and SP leaders were seen as subservient to dangerous criminals, forest mafia, animal mafia and land mafia. Congress and SP are like demon Bhasmasur as they harm the very people who give them power,” the CM said.
Strict measures against anyone who tries to harm the future of youth: CM
He spoke on a Rosary Mela in Ghaziabad, where he distributed appointment letters to over 10,000 youth, provided loans of over Rs 327 crore to 632 beneficiaries and distributed tablets and smartphones to over 6,000 persons

The CM continued his attack on the Opposition by saying that SP and Congress wanted to stoke class conflicts under the guise of caste but the BJP’s double-engine government was determined to dismantle this model of the SP. Yogi Adityanath termed the next three years as crucial and said that UP has to become the largest economy in the country within this time.
“Previous governments exploited the state’s youth, resulting in widespread suffering, with farmers pushed to the brink of suicide and traders forced to flee the state. Hindu traders were driven out of Kairana and Kandhla, and the safety of daughters was compromised. In contrast, in the new UP of a new India, daughters are now safe, traders are respected, youth have access to employment“and farmers continue with dignity,” said the CM.
He threatened strict action against anyone who harmed the future of the youth and said he would confiscate their properties and distribute them among the poor. The CM said that the mafia and rioters were a primary source of income for the opposition and therefore, whenever someone’s livelihood was threatened, their leaders lost their cool and resorted to irrational outbursts.
Talking about development under the BJP government, Yogi said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India was on track to become the third largest economy in the world. The double-engine government in UP has provided government jobs to over 6.5 lakh people in 7.5 years and for the first time in UP’s history, investment proposals of over Rs 40 lakh crore have been received, which was expected to create employment for around 1.5 crore youth.
“Nazar nahi hai, nazaron ki baat karte hain, zameen pe chand-sitaron ki baat karte hain. Wo haath jodkar lootne wale, bhari sabha mein sudhar on ki baa t karte hain (They talk about visions without sight, talk about moon and stars while standing on the ground. Those who robbed the people with folded hands are now talking about reforms in packed assemblies),” the CM said, attacking the opposition and comparing their work with that of the BJP.
He said that the Congress and SP have only exploited UP and now some boys (Akhilesh Yadav and Rahul Gandhi) have emerged who are trying to mislead the state.
The CM said that Ghaziabad was plagued by chaos 7.5 years ago. Now it has evolved into a smart city.
