In July, he was arrested again on additional charges: three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and two additional counts of distribution and display of obscene material to minors.

According to criminal complaints, Kiasosa met a 14-year-old girl and a 15-year-old girl at Chadek Green Park in Iowa City in May 2023, five days after the initial charges against him were filed. He filmed the girls performing sex acts in the park’s bathroom and sent the video to both girls and to other people.

According to complaints, he also had a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old girl between June and December 2023 and had a video on his phone showing the girl performing sexual acts.

He was again released without bail on the condition that he live with his parents until further notice from the court. Last week, he entered a plea of not guilty to those charges, which are still being reviewed.

On Thursday, Kiasosa was arrested again on another charge of sexual exploitation of a minor and a charge of harassment. According to criminal complaints, police found two videos on his phone that were taken in June at ST Morrison Park in Coralville.

In the videos, Kiasosa is seen performing a sex act on a 15-year-old. Police were able to identify the minor, who told them about the sex acts and said she did not know Kiasosa was recording them. When she found out, she asked him to delete the video.

Kiasosa made his initial court appearance on the new charges on Thursday and was being held in the Johnson County Jail on $27,000 bail.
